1936年 7月8日，普同塔落成,步森法师和瑞悦法师督建普同塔，转道长老与转武和尚、其真当家师，以及十方信众出资捐建。隔邻已有化身窑 （火化场）。
On 8 July 1936, under the guidance of Venerables Bu Sen and Rui Yue, the construction of the Pu Tong Columbarium was completed; made possible through donations from Venerables Sik Zhuan Dao, Venerables, Zhuan Wu and Qi Zhen and the Buddhist community. The Pu Tong Columbarium was built beside the crematorium.
